On this page we will share the common bugs and mistakes that some of users come across :

STAKE PAGE

  • unstaked but didnt get rewards ? you need to click claim rewards before unstaking

  • unstake or claim buttons not working and no error pops up ? you dont have the fee amount in your wallet ( usualy 1 FTM or 10 FTM , should be displayed next to the apy section )

  • unstake or claim buttons not working and error pops up ? you havnt passed the lock time on that specific staking pool ( some pools have a locking feature where the contract locks your tokens and rewards for the displayed period of time )

  • claimed but cant unstake on locked staking pools ? when you claim your PUMPKIN rewards on the locked staking pools your staked amount remains in the staking pool and the timer resets , if you wanna claim your rewards and unstake your tokens then you should click withdraw & claim

YIELDS PAGE

  • staked but the apy dropped ? the yields pools are dynamic meaning when more users stake the apys drop more so its a first come first serve type of pool

  • staked but no rewards yet ? if your rewards are below 0.01 then the UI will not display it , youll have to wait untill your rewards exceed 0.01

  • unable to stake or unstake or claim and no error pops up ? you dont have the fee amount displayed on the UI ( whenever you stake ,unstake , claim you need to pay a fee of 1 FTM or 10FTM or 25FTM , the fee should be displayed next to the apy section )
